Due to the 19th CPC National Congress, we had received the notification from superior that our website http://www.isbutech.com/ needed to be closed for a week. Now, Our website is back online, we are truly sorry for your inconvenience last week.Consequencely, we will postponed the deadline of paying the early bird registration fees to November 5th.

Please be adviced that there is only 10 days before it is too late to proceed the early bird payment. Meanwhile, remittance is the only way to pay the registration fees. Please remit with remark：ISBUT2017 + Name of Attendee and send the remittance document to isbutech@zju.edu.cn.
